Nurse Consultations

Vet nurse consultations play an important role in supporting your pet’s ongoing health and wellbeing at Southside Veterinary Clinic.  Our Veterinary nurses are highly trained professionals who can provide a wide range of preventative care services, including weight management, nutrition advice, blood sampling, parasite control, wound checks, post-operative care, dental checks and routine health monitoring. These appointments give your pet valuable one-to-one attention and help identify any early signs of concern before they become more serious.

Nurse consultations at SVC also provide an excellent opportunity for owners to ask questions and receive practical, tailored advice in a relaxed setting. Because vet nurse consults are often longer and less clinical than veterinary appointments, they can help build confidence and reduce stress for both pets and owners. Regular nurse-led care helps ensure your pet stays healthy, comfortable, and well supported throughout every stage of life.
